The present invention relates to a guillotine for cutting a dough chain transferred by a conveyor belt (1), which guillotine comprises a frame (3) and a cutting blade (4) with actuators, which cutting blade is mounted on the frame for performing a mainly vertical work movement. The invention is characterized in that the frame (3) may be positioned at a desired point of the production line such that the cutting blade (4) is positioned transversely above the conveyor belt (1), and that a mainly horizontal counterplate (6) of the cutting blade (4) may be inserted under the conveyor belt (1) and detachably fixed to the frame (3). |
