PURPOSE: To raise the safety by equipping the device with a first valve seat being made at the valve body and a second valve seat being so made at the valve body as to be positioned downstream of the first valve seat. CONSTITUTION: A first valve member is actuated by a first float 2, and is closed on the first valve seat on the first float 2 taking the position conforming to the first specified water level of the liquid within a humidification chamber 1A. A first valve device is equipped with a second valve member being actuated by a second float 3, and it closes on the second valve seat 9 on the second float 3, and the second float 3 takes the position conforming to the second specified water level within the humidification chamber 1A. In this case, the second specified water level of the liquid is higher than the first specified water level of the liquid. Therefore, water never flows in the humidification chamber 1A. As a result, the safety is improved. |
