PURPOSE:To simplify the detection of an accident in a changeover switchgear wherein a receiving circuit is changed over. CONSTITUTION:A changeover switchgear 4 which changes over a distribution line 1 or 2 is constituted of receiving circuit breakers 11, 21, of receiving detectors 12, 22, of operating circuits 41b, 42b, of a changeover command circuit 44 and of a timer 45. When the receiving circuit breakers 11, 21 are changed over by a changeover command from the changeover command circuit 44, the closing operation of the receiving circuit breakers 11, 21 is locked when the distribution line 1 on the side of the receiving circuit breaker 11 whose closing operation has been performed during a time-limit count by the timer 45 or the distribution line 2 on the side of the receiving circuit breaker 21 is stopped. |
