PURPOSE:To provide a ground coil device not taking time in maintenance and its manufacture. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a coil 3, which is formed by winding a conductor 1 covered with an insulating member 2, a cover 4, which surrounds the molded coil 3 and also in which a plurality of mounting ribs 5 are formed, and a bush 12, which is formed longer than the thickness of the mounting rib 5 and consists of a nonmagnetic substance having a mounting hole 13 and is buried in the mounting rib 5.
