PURPOSE:To provide the contrast picture processing method and its device in which the entire processing time is considerably reduced without causing a difference from arithmetic operation processing time even by any processing method of the closest method, the linear interpolation method and the spline interpolation method or the like. CONSTITUTION:The method is a method for contrast picture processing using a computer, and the density of lattice point columns or rows generated newly is set to a prescribed value by using a density of a corresponding original picture element columns or rows and lattice points on the lattice point columns or rows whose density is set is used to set the density of a lattice point whose density is not set to a prescribed value, an arithmetic operation processing section of the computer has a 1st processing means 2 and a 2nd picture processing means 3, and the 1st picture processing means 2 is used to revise an original picture by a prescribed real number of magnification, then the density of lattice point columns or rows generated newly is set and the 2nd picture processing means 3 is used to set the density of lattice point columns or rows generated newly whose density is not set. |
