PURPOSE:To manufacture a cushioning composite molded product with a cushioning material and a surface material on a hard base by the simple method of small number of processes. CONSTITUTION:A hard resin, molded product 1 is set in a mold 2 and a foam rubber-like elastic body 3 is injected, and then the inside of the mold 2 is enlarged and foamed. The foamed rubber-like elastic body 3, therefore, foams a cushioning material and its skin layer 4 forms a surface material, and the formation of the materials and the integration of the materials with the hard base as a hard resin molded product 1 can be carried out continuously in the mold 2, which makes the manufacture simple and reduces labor and cost thereof. |
