CONSTITUTION:Woven or knit fabric comprising at least partially composed of nylon multifilament yarn which has >=0.5 and <=3.5 single fiber denier, degree of modification of fiber cross section Dalpha/dalpha)=l.2-1.0 and >=3 and <=12 channels continuous in the length direction of yarn is treated with an alkali to produce woven or knit fabric of elution type nylon modified cross section filament. This nylon woven or knit fabric has a fine and complicated sectional shape, a soft touch with slight slimy feeling and a dry touch with a lightly crispy feeling. Light rays are subjected to diffused reflection. The woven or knit fabric has mild luster and deep color tone. The appearance of the fabric shows a brush-like state and the fabric has increased sweat absorbing properties and improved comfortableness.
