HOMOGENEOUS COMPOSITION CONTAINING FLUORINATED COMPOUND AND GLYCOL, ITS PREPARATION, AND ITS APPLICATION TO COSMETICS

PURPOSE: To provide an alternate for a surfactant to obtain a compatible composite material of a fluorinated oil and a hydrophilic substance without requiring a surfactant. CONSTITUTION: This homogeneous compsn. contains 0.1 to 99 wt.% based on the whole weight of the compsn., preferably 0.5 to 90 wt.% one kind of org. fluorinated hydrocarbon compd. or perfluorocarbon compd. having at least one functional group such as alcohol, thiol and primary or secondary amine and 0.1 to 99 wt.%, preferably 0.5 to 70 wt.% one kind of hydrocarbon glycol having two hydroxyl groups. The obtd. compsn. is used for cosmetics and in a dermatologic field.
