摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance sensitivity and accuracy in the measurement of a sensor by enhancing the strength at the joint of a ferrule and a rod lens of a collimator constituting an optomagnetic sensor or the like and preventing the quantity of transmitted light from lowering due to shift of an optical axis at the time of thermal expansion or contraction of an adhesive layer in each optical component. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 11 is provided with a flat plane 11b and a pair of groove parts 11c, 11d made, while spaced apart by a predetermined distance from each other, in a plane parallel with the flat plane 11b. A polarizer 14, an optical element 15 and an analyzer 16 are disposed on the flat plane 11b while being bonded only to the flat plane 11b and ferrules 12a, 13a and rod lenses 12b, 13b of collimators 12, 13 are fit in the groove parts 11c, 11d and bonded thereto.</p>
