PURPOSE:To prevent the degradation in the bonding strength with a bone even after long-term use by constituting the intraosseous implant of a core body subjected to surface roughening, a first coating layer consisting of Ti or Ti oxide and a second coating layer consisting of a bioactive material. CONSTITUTION:The material for the core body 1 is preferably metals, such as Ti, Ti alloy and Co-Cr system and ceramics, such as aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide. The surface of the core material 1 is previously subjected to cleaning and roughening. The first coating layer 2 consisting of the Ti or Ti oxide is formed by a thermal spraying method on such core body 1. The second coating layer 3 consisting of the bioactive material (for example, bioaffinity ceramics, etc.) is provided on the first coating layer 2. The second coating layer 3 is preferably formed to 1 to 15mum thickness. As a result, the degradation in the bonding strength with the bone is prevented even if this implant is implanted into a living body and is used over a long period of time. |
