PURPOSE:To enable simultaneous firing of low resistance conductors having a relatively low m.p. as internal electrodes of a multilayered substrate and to satisfy various characteristics required as a multilayered circuit board by blending glass composition having a specified blending ratio with a titnate. CONSTITUTION:Powdery starting materials are weighed and mixed so as to obtain a glass compsn. consisting of, by weight, 20-50% SiO2, 10-20% Al2O3, 10-20% CaO, 0-10% BaO, 0-10% MgO, 3-20% ZnO, 5-20% TiO2, 0-5% Ba2O3 and 4-30% PbO when expressed in terms of oxides. The resulting mixture is melted and cooled to form glass flakes and 65-95% of these glass flakes and 5-35% titanate are prepd. by weighing, pulverized, mixed and kneaded with a proper binder, a plasticizer and a solvent to produce a slurry. This slurry is formed into a green sheet, a material for an electronic circuit layer is printed on the sheet and plural such sheets are superposed and fired to obtain a multilayered substrate with electronic circuit layers formed in layers. |
