PURPOSE:To provide an anisotropic resin-bonded rare-earth magnet wherein it can be used for various kinds of motors such as a stepping motor, a spindle motor, a torque motor, a motor for a car and the like, for various kinds of actuator, for a speaker and be like and its magnetic characteristic is excellent. CONSTITUTION:In a mixed lubricant of oleic acid and a solid saturated fatty acid as a lubricant by which a resin bond is added too a magnet, its ratio is set at 50:50 to 10:90 and its addition amount is set at 0.4 to 1.0 pts.wt. with reference to an anisoiropic rare-earth magnet powder (average particle size: 100 to 400mum). As a result, the density of a molded body and the magnetic-field orientation property with reference to an external magnetic field of a magnetic powder, which are not available singly, are enhanced simultaneously and a resinbonded rare-earth magnet whose maximum energy product is excellent can be obtained. |
