PURPOSE:To obtain a cement composition for construction during freezing weather improved so as not to generate frost damage even at the time of aging a cement containing hydraulic material at -20 deg.C. CONSTITUTION:This cement composition is composed of a compound (e.g. lithium nitrate) capable of releasing a cation exhibiting the radius or its hydrate ion of >=3 times as long as that of its crystal ion such as Li ion and a cement.
