PURPOSE:To provide the information control unit which enables individuals to control the contents and secrecy of information before the information is utilized by solving such a problem of a data base under batch control that a person in charge of the control needs to update the data base of a host when altering information and a person who has the right to access the data base can freely view information of the data base. CONSTITUTION:Information is stored in an individual's data base, and when an information request means 13 makes a request for the information, an information offering means 14 automatically takes the information from the data base 11 to which the information is inputted by an information input means 12 and then offers the information after the information contents are confirmed. If there is an error in the information contents, the information can be offered after the contents are altered by an information contents altering means 15, and if the information is undesirable information to be offered, the answer can be rejected, so the individual can easily control the contents and secrecy of the information. |
