ONE-PACK TYPE ROOM-TEMPERATURE CURING COMPOSITION HAVING BOTH HIGH EXTRUSION SPEED AND LOW SAG CHARACTERISTICS

PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a room temperature vulcanizing composition showing a high rate of extrusion and a low sag. CONSTITUTION: A base mixture of a diorganosiloxane and an end stopping crosslinking agent ketoximosilane is caused to undergo a chemical reaction prior to adding the base mixture to a first injection aperture along an extrusion machine, and an inorganic filler is added to the base mixture from a second injection aperture along the extrusion machine. An M-stopped silicone oil is split into two parts, the first part being added to the base mixture containing the filler from a third injection aperture positioned in the center part of the extrusion machine and the second part of a tin catalyst, an adhesion promoter and the M-stopped silicone oil being added through a fourth injection aperture along the extrusion machine. The mixture of these contained components is extruded toward a delivery aperture of the extrusion machine.
