PURPOSE:To attain the increase/decrease in the number of stored additional functions in response to the state of use with respect to various kinds image forming devices and to revise the combination of choices of function selection operation. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a main program memory 102 storing a control program corresponding to at least one additional function, a sub program memory 103 provided removably storing the control program corresponding to each of plural additional functions respectively, a processor CPU executing the specific control program in response to the function selection operation, and operation means SW1-SW4 used to set part of all memory areas consisting of the main program memory 102 and the sub program memory 103 as a practical use memory area being an object of access by the processor 101 and the choice of the function selection operation by the setting revision of the practical use memory area is selected. |
