摘要 |
PURPOSE:To quickly make the moving picture decoding processing in a receiver side normal when an arrival delay of a moving picture packet or packet missing takes place in the moving picture communication system using a packet exchange network. CONSTITUTION:When a receiver equipment 10-2 detects a missing moving picture packet in the step 151, a moving picture output is frozen in the step 152 and a refresh request command is sent to a sender side equipment 10-1 in the step 153. Upon the receipt of the refresh request command, a sender side equipment requests a refresh to a moving picture coder in the step 154 and a series of moving picture packets starting from an INTRA frame are sent. Upon the receipt of the packet of the INTRA frame, a receiver side equipment releases the frozen state in the step 157 to restart decoding moving picture information. |
