PURPOSE:To execute stable synchronization control without being affected by a voltage variation and an operation environment, in the correlator used for a spectrum communication system. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with an M sequence generating part 5 for generating at least three kinds of M sequence codes of phase-lead, phase- middle and phase-lag, plural up-down counters 6, 7 and 8 for counting a coincident state of each bit of a receiving signal of spread spectrum modulation and these M sequence codes, respectively, comparing these counted values with each set value, respectively, deriving a correlation of the receiving signal and each M sequence code of each different phase thereby and outputting correlation output signals, respectively, and a control part 1 for executing control so that a phase of the M sequence code made by an M sequence code generating part 4 is varied based on the correlation output signal from these up-down counters, and allowing the receiving signal and the M sequence code to synchronize with each other. |
