PURPOSE:To provide a half-size cursor display method capable of intuitively recognizing whether the position of a cursor at the time of en input is at the left half or the right half of the cursor position at the time of full size input by a user. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the half-size input, the CPU 1 judges whether the position of a half-size cursor displayed at a display device 7 is at the left half or the right half of the full-size cursor, and when it is at the left half, displays a left half-size cursor at the display device 7 by reading a left half-size cursor pattern from a ROM 2 and extending it in a VRAM 4. When it is at the right half, the CPU 1 displays a right half-size cursor at the display device 7 by reading a right half-size cursor pattern from the ROM 2 and extending it in the VRAM 4. However the shapes of the left and right half-size cursors are different. |
