PRODUCTION OF NITROGEN ENRICHED AIR

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a dry nitrogen enriched air from an air containing moisture by using a hollow yarn separation membrane. CONSTITUTION:The air containing moisture is compressed and supplied to a dehumidifier incorporated with separation membrane modules composed of the bundle of the hollow yarn to remove the moisture in the air, and next, the dried air is supplied to a nitrogen enriching device incorporated with separation membrane modules and the dry oxygen enriched gas obtained from a permeating side is utilized for removing moisture in the dehumidifier and the unpermeated dry nitrogen enriched air is recovered from the nitrogen enriching device.
