摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform maintenance inspection at a proper timing by predicting the maintenance/inspection period of the bearing of a main electric motor which is mounted to a vehicle and further creating the maintenance/inspection schedule based on a prediction timing. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a means 2 for recording usage status of each vehicle mounting a main electric motor 10, a means 3 for judging the abnormality of a bearing according to the measurement temperature of the bearing of the main electric motor 10, a means 4 for inputting the status of the bearing which is obtained after the abnormality of the bearing is judged, a means 5 for creating a status pattern for inputting input bearing status and the usage status of each vehicle which is recorded by the means 2 for recording status, showing the transition of the usage status of vehicle until the bearing malfunctions, and at the same time judging whether the maintenance/inspection of the bearing are required according to the transition of the usage status, and a means 6 for creating the schedule of maintenance/inspection of the main electric motor 10 by comparing the status pattern with the transition of the usage status of each vehicle.</p>
