<p>PURPOSE:To enable easy formation of a rotary transformer core excellent in dimensional precision by grinding the internal- or external diameter and the annular grooves of a core, and simultaneously performing a grinding work to produce a level difference on the external or internal periphery of the core. CONSTITUTION:Annular groves 3, the internal diameter 4 and the level differ ence 5 on the external periphery all constituting concentric circles are formed by grinding a disclike ferrite core 1 using a grinder 2. In the processing, the core 1 is fixed with a chuck jig 6. Consequently dimensions of the annular grooves, one between the most outside annular groove 3a and the external periphery 7, and one between the most inside annular groove 3b and the internal diameter 4 are formed with high precision.</p> |
