摘要 The scanning unit using a hologram (55) and a rotating multi-faced mirror (54) reduces the size of the apparatus and the product cost. The laser beam generated by the laser diode goes through a collimotor (52) to become the parallel light beam whose beam passes a cylindrical lens (59). The laser beam after passing the lens (59) is reflected in the rotating multi-faced mirror (54). The reflected beam on the mirror (54) heads for the hologram (55) where the zero order diffracted bem (65) and the first order diffracted beam (66) and generated. The zero order beam (65) is cut off by a plate (56) to eliminate optical noise and the first order beam (66) is forcused on the drum (57) via the convex lens (60) and a reflector (63).
