PURPOSE:To provide a graph preparing device capable of displaying only the sort of a graph adaptive to the data format or data contents of data to be graphed by a graph. CONSTITUTION:A processing means 30 recognizes the data format and data contents of data to be graphed as a graph which are stored in a storage means 10 and specifies the sort of a graph capable of preparing based upon the recognized result and a table stored in a graph name storing means 20. A graph name displaying means 40 displays a graph sort specified by the means 30. A graph preparing means 60 stores data to be graphed as a graph in the means 10 and prepares a graph selected based upon the stored contents of the means 10. |
