PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately execute debit and credit balance checking work by grouping plural transactions whose debit and credit accounts are unbalance by beginning serial numbers. CONSTITUTION:A transaction processing part 4 updates an account ledger file 8 based upon a transaction telegram transmitted from a transaction input terminal 3 and judges whether beginning declaration is executed or not. When the beginning declaration has been executed, the processing part 4 samples the beginning serial numbers by allowing a beginning serial number sampling part 5 to refer to a beginning control file 9 and allows a beginning control part 6 to manage the contents of a beginned transaction in the file 9. When the beginning declaration is reset, the contents of a series of begun transaction to which the same beginning serial numbers as the ones managed in the file 9 are assigned are checked by a debit and credit balance checking part and the telegram of its checked result is transmitted to the terminal 3. When beginning declaration is not executed, the processing part 4 allows the checking part 7 to check the contents of the transaction and transmits the checked result telegram to the terminal 3. |
