PURPOSE:To indicate secure travel time to a road user, to improve a service content to the user and to apply a road management system to all toll roads where a prepaid card can be used. CONSTITUTION:When the prepaid card 8 is inserted into an entrance card processor 2 provided for the entering path 9 of the toll road 7, an entering number and entering time are stored for the prepaid card 8. When the prepaid card 8 is inserted into an exit card processor 5 provided for the leaving path 10 of the toll road 7, the entering number and entering time, which are stored in the prepaid card 8, are read and a data processor 4 operates travel time from the entering path 9 to the leaving path 10 based on a content which is read in the exit card processor 5 and leaving time and travel time is displayed by a travel time display board 6 provided for the entering path 9. |
