PURPOSE:To provide miniaturization of a device, simplification of structure, etc., by decreasing the number of clamps, in a device for double crimping one terminal with two electric wires. CONSTITUTION:A device includes a peeling unit for an electric wire, clamp unit A movable in parallel to this peeling unit, electric wire collecting unit E and a terminal crimping unit. The clamp unit A is provided with a pair of contactable/separable clamp jigs 5, 5', each jig has an openable/closable wire clamp 6 and a wire receiving groove 15 opposed to a claw part 6b of this clamp 6, and the electric wire collecting unit E comprises an electric wire holding plate 22 provided with an electric wire holding groove 23 in one end and a turnable electric wire retainer 24. A space between two electric wires, interposed by the claw part 6b of each clamp jig and the electric wire receiving groove 15, is changed corresponding to the peeling unit C, and also the electric wire retainer 24 is closed to collect two peeled electric wires arranged in the electric wire holding groove 23 of the electric wire holding plate 22. |
