PURPOSE:To provide a memory check device by which the memory check of a computer system equipped with a storage device in which storage elements are turned into banks can be attained at a high speed. CONSTITUTION:Writing and reading for the RAM of data for check in a first register is operated for each bank by the control of the inside control logic of control logic 6 and 12 of each bank, based on the starting instruction of a memory check operation from a CPU 45, and the written and read data for check are compared by the first comparator. |
