PURPOSE:To obtain a toner producing equipment system capable of efficiently producing an electrostatic charge image developing toner having a sharp grain size distribution. CONSTITUTION:This system has a first classifying means 109, a special collision- type flash crushing means 108 and a raw material feed tube having an opening in the classifying region. The raw powder in the feed tube is injected into the classifying region by the air flowing in the feed tube, and the powder is classified into the coarse-powder region and fine-powder region by the inertial force of the grain and the centrifugal force of the curved air current due to the Coanda effect by this flash classifier.
