PURPOSE:To provide a gas laser equipment which improves the efficiency of laser oscillation using dielectric electrodes. CONSTITUTION:Outer shells 7b and 8b having a capacitive coupling control section, are formed on both sides of electrodes 7a and 8a to control the dispersion of discharge; no dielectric is provided above the electrodes 7a and 8a to evade the concentration of stress due to discharge. |
