PURPOSE:To obtain an extremely excellent effect to improve the performance by grasping the light from the filament for the main beam of a type 1 unit by the third reflecting mirror, generating a virtual image near the filament for the main beam of a type 2 unit to be the second focus, and reflecting it in the radiating direction by the first reflecting mirror so as to utilize effectively. CONSTITUTION:When a low beam is lighted, only the filament 5b for the low beam of the first light source 5 is lighted, and a hood 5c to cover the lower half of the filament 5 is provided. As a result, the light from the filament 5b does not reach to the second reflecting mirror 7 and the third reflecting mirror 10, and the low beam flux distribution is made by the first reflecting mirror 4. And when a main beam is lighted, the light from the filament 5a of the light source 5 and from the filament 8a of a light source 8, grasped by the third reflecting mirror 10, generates a virtual image near the front end of the filament 5a for the main beam. That is, the filament 5a for the, main beam of the light source 5 exercises a function same as the function by increasing and reinforcing the consumption power. |
