摘要 PURPOSE:To remove abnormal position information or noise and to stabilize position control by estimating the position of a driving device from the controlled variable of the driving device and the operation width of the driving device and controlling the position of the driving device based upon the estimated position and a feedback variable applied from the driving device. CONSTITUTION:This position control device is provided with a feedback variable selecting part 11, a driving device (motor) position estimating part 12, a preceding DV position storing part 13, a motor characteristic storing part 14, a motor position commanding part 15, a PID control part 16, an SP setting part 17, and a motor operation width part 18. The operation width of the driving device (motor) 2 is calculated, the preceding controlled variable of the motor 2 is stored, the position of the motor 2 is estimated from the controlled variable and the operation width, and the position of the motor 2 is controlled based upon the estimated position and the feedback variable applied from the motor 2. Even if the feedback variable is instantaneously and remarkably changed, the position of the motor 2 can be controlled without following up the feedback variable similarly to an operation device prevented from being deteriorated.
