<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a tape running controlling mechanism which can control running of a tape with a stable value of tape tension even when the tape tension at an entrance of a drum is regulated to be low and also control the tape tension at a constant value even when the winding amount of the tape to a tape feed reel is changed. CONSTITUTION:A constant torque transmitting mechanism 7 is provided to transmit the rotary driving force of a capstan motor 2 to a feed reel stage 51 at the running time in the forward direction. Moreover, a mechanism 203 which releases the braking force impressed to the feed reel stage 51 at the running time in the opposite direction is provided in the apparatus. A mechanism to impress a winding torque when a tape is sent in the rearward direction at the feed reel stage works also as a mechanism to impress a back torque at the running time in the forward direction.</p> |
