<p>PURPOSE:To provide a cable container which can lay a communication cable or an optical communication cable, susceptible to breakage due to tension, positively along a laying path without causing any damage and can replace the cable with no trouble. CONSTITUTION:The cable container 1 comprises a hollow body split in the longitudinal direction and a cable X is contained in the inner space 12. Protrusions 13 and recesses 14 are formed continuously in the longitudinal direction on the abutting faces of the slpit bodies 11a, 11b which are fitted integrally by engaging the protrusions 13 and the recesses 14. The cable X is contained, at first, in one split body 11a which is then fitted to the other split body 11b thus containing the cable X in the cable container 1.</p> |
