PURPOSE:To make the colors of input/output images match by selecting any specified color matching method corresponding to the color space kind of image data. CONSTITUTION:When an input image type deciding part 11 decides that input information is standard color space information, the color of the information is converted to an output space by a color converting part 14 as it is. When it is decided that the information is information in a type attaching color correction data, the color is converted to a standard color space by a color converting part 13 to standard color space by using the attached color correction data and converted to the output color space by the means 14. When the means 11 decides it is not the standard color space and the color correction data are not attached, the color correction data corresponding to this type is extracted by a color correction data managing part 12 and while using these color correction data, the color is converted to the standard color space by the color converting means 13 and converted to the output color space by the color converting means 14. Thus, the colors of the various kinds of input information can be made coincident with the output information. |
