PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of a cooling channel by a cooling medium and formation of a crack caused by stress erosion of a material forming the cooling channel. CONSTITUTION:A recycled water circulation system 48 is provided in which the cooling channel 22 of a reformed gas cooler 12 is bifurcated from the outlet of a water processor 17 of a recycled water feeding system 44, leading to the cooling channel 15 of an exhaust gas cooler 14 which leads to a recycled water cooler 47 which leads to the water processor 17. The cooling medium flowing in the reformed gas cooler 21 and the exhaust gas cooler 14 is water-processed by the water processor 17 into pure water. |
