PURPOSE:To furnish a manufacture of a piezoelectric transformer which is excellent in operability and has a high effect of mass production. CONSTITUTION:After a piezoelectric ceramic 5 in the state of a rectangular parallelepiped ingot is polarized in a prescribed direction, the piezoelectric ceramic 5 in the state of the ingot is cut equally in a desired width (w) in the direction of polarization, so as to form a piezoelectric ceramic plate 11. Thereafter the piezoelectric ceramic plate 11 is polarized in the direction of the thickness and thereby a piezoelectric transformer is formed. |
