PURPOSE:To constitute the device so that by outputting in advance a graphic by an instructed format, the graphic in its format can be confirmed in advance, and its format can be corrected in accordance with necessity. CONSTITUTION:From a keyboard 8, a numerical value for showing character size of one character is inputted. Subsequently, an interline designation menu displayed on a display part 6 is designated by a pointing device PD 9, and from the keyboard 8, a numerical value for showing an interline space is inputted. Next, an inter-character menu is designated, and a numerical value for showing its inter-character is inputted. Thereafter, in accordance with designated character size, document data stored as a code file is expanded to a bit map by referring to a character font stored in a disk 5. Bit map data obtained in such a way is written in a VRAM 7 and displayed on the display part 6. An operator looks at the document data displayed on the display part 6, checks the display balance of a graphic group of its graphic data, and evaluates its display balance. |
