PURPOSE:To uniformly fasten a cell at a constant cell surface pressure regardless of the temperature of the cell, even when the cell is fastened by a bolt from the surroundings, and even when the cell surface pressure by means of a bellows for fastening cell is applied, and even in a layered type fuel cell having a cell of large area. CONSTITUTION:Shape memory alloy is used for cell block fastening plates 2, 3 provided on and under a plurality of cell block 1, respectively, for which a plurality of unit cells are layered, and the shapes of a bellows 7 for fastening cell and of the fastening plate for which the shape memory alloy is used, are controlled according to the cell temperature, to fasten the cell. |
