PURPOSE:To provide a cooling system capable of effective operation constantly irrespective of fluctuations in the commercial power line voltage by detecting the fluctuations and controlling its energization in accordance with the detected voltage. CONSTITUTION:A detector detects and holds the peak value of the commercial power line voltage 110 through a transformer 124 and converts it to the input level for a CPU 114, which monitors the fluctuations in the commercial power line voltage. The CPU is adapted to control the energization of a fan 122 in such a manner that the fan increases its rotational speed with an increase in the power line voltage while it decreases its rotational speed with a decrease in the power line voltage. Therefore, a stable cooling effect is constantly obtained independent of fluctuations in the supply voltage, resulting in the elongation of the life of the circuit components. |
