<p>PURPOSE:To attain operation training most appropriate for practical use by executing the simulating operation of a control device by using a model for a simulating arithmetic unit. CONSTITUTION:A control device 8 inputs each operation signal Ut from a simulation control panel 2 to the simulating arithmetic unit 5A and each status amount Xt simulatively computed by the unit 5A as each status amount of a practical plant and outputs a position signal At obtained as a result controlled based upon respective inputs to the unit 5A. Namely each status amount Xt such as the flow rate of a practical plant which is simutatively computed is controlled by the device 8 and the position signal At such as the aperture of a valve is outputted to the unit 5A to form feedback. The unit 5A periodically transfers respective status amounts Xt to be initial values for starting simulative operation, the position information At applied from a control signal device 8 and control data St to a storage device 7A in accordance with an initial state storing request and transfers and stores an operation signal.
