PURPOSE:To provide a method of manufacturing laminated ceramic electronic part preventing the generation of a lamination deviation or the distortion of conductive patterns and having excellent lamination precision and high reliability. CONSTITUTION:First, a ceramic green sheet 1 formed on a prolonged base film is punched each base film 2 in a specific size to form a first unit sheet, and an internal electrode pattern 3 is formed on a ceramic green sheet on a base film punched in a specific size to form a second unit sheet. Next, the side of the base film 2 in these unit sheets is sucked by a conveyor and held and carried onto a lamination support pedestal 6 placing a slick paper 4 on the surface, and the operation of pushing the side of the ceramic green sheet 1 and separating the base film 2 is repeated in specified sequence to structure a laminated body. Next, the laminated body is cut off in a specified dimension and burnt, thereafter an external electrode is formed in an end surface introducing an internal electrode. |
