<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a microcomputer with less current consumption by turning off a 1st transistor(TR) and turning on a 2nd TR in relation to a signal stopping a clock signal to prevent a through-current from flowing to a chopper amplifier when the clock signal is stopped. CONSTITUTION:An input side of an inverter 4 is connected to ground via an N-channel TR 6 and an N-channel TR 5 is connected in parallel with the inverter 4. When a stop instruction to stop a clock is executed and a stop signal SS goes to an H level, an output of an AND circuit 2 goes to an L level and an output of an OR circuit 1 goes to an H level independently of a chop signal SC and a disable signal SD and the N-channel TR 5 is turned off and the N- channel TR 6 is turned on. Then the inverter 4 reaches an unbiased state and an input potential to the inverter 4 is fixed to an L level (ground potential) and no through-current flows to the inverter 4.</p> |
