PURPOSE:To improve service for a customer by providing this automatic transaction managing device with a 1st electronic recorder for recording transaction data to store them and a 2nd electronic recorder for cyclically executing recording processing in parallel with the processing of the 1st electronic recorder. CONSTITUTION:When each automatic deposit dispensor 10 executes various kinds of transactions such as a deposit transaction, a payment transaction and a transfer transaction, transaction data are recorded in a floppy disk (FD) and a hard disk (HD) respectively by an FD recorder 16 and an HD recorder 17 in a recording part 15 of each dispensor 10. The transaction data of the dispensor 10 are transmitted to a remote monitoring device 19 by on-line through a transmission line 20 and recorded in an FD and an HD respectively by an FD recorder 24 and an HD recorder 25 in a recording part 23. When the storage capacity of the FD is filled with data, the FD is substituted, but when the storage capacity of the HD is filled with data, succeeding data are overwritten while returning it to the head of the recording area and cyclically recorded. |
