PURPOSE: To provide a data transcription device for transferring jumped image data into non-jumped image data. CONSTITUTION: In a data transcription device in which jumped image data are composed of many preset continuous frames, respectively containing odd and even fields and each scanning line contains many preset pixels, and then a clock pulse has a same period as that of pixels and each H/SYNC pulse indicates the start of a relevant scanning line, a two-dimensional buffer memory 100 which can store a maximum of N scanning lines of jumped image data and performs recording operations after reading-out operations for every pixel clock pulse, a horizontal address generator 200 which generates one horizontal address by counting the number of received pixel clock pulses, and a device which outputs jumped image data as a non-jumped form. |
