The invention has the following advantages: After it reaches the hovering state the hovering passenger cabin decreases the weight of the entire vehicle by approximately 50%. In the case of unevennesses, bends and in particular positive and negative gradients of the rail track, the travel speed no longer needs to be decreased. Moreover, fuel is saved. Within the context of reducing the weight of the entire vehicle, laying the rail for this railway on elevated carriers (elevated railway) in order to span roads and difficult, also mountainous, terrain becomes economically viable, since the rail carriers no longer have to be designed for extremely heavy railway trains.
