<p>A device (10) which permits the conveyance of a dry fluid substance from one receptacle to another. The device is a housing (12) with an interior volume (150) and having an access opening (40) for receiving a supply of substance therethrough and a discharge opening (144) for discharging an amount collected substance. The housing (12) has an orifice wall (140) with a plurality of openings (154) where the substance passes through before being discharged from the housing (12). A plurality of doors (142) are arranged around the discharge opening (144) and bias between an opening and closing position by a weight (168) attaching and movable on a rod (166) for controlling a given amount of substance being disharged.</p> |
