METHOD OF SETUP TEMPERATURE

By using the gas, it is possible to boost the temperature of the environment in the furnace efficiently and to improve the working condition by reducing the time needed in raising the inner temperature of the furnace as well as to achieve uniform and high temperature so that the minimization of the spalling is possible. The method raises the inner temperature of the electric furnace by igniting by means of auto-ignition mechanism after blowing 15-100 Nm3/min. of oxigen into the furnace and injecting 50-60 Nm3/hour of city gas through the burner.
