摘要 The method according to the invention and the associated devices make it possible to bake thin-walled elastic hollow pastry articles from flavoursome, easily biteable pastry in a single baking process. The baking heat is transferred at a temperature which can be regulated directly to the outer wall of the double baking moulds and can be increased efficiently rapidly to achieve browning of the outer surfaces of the hollow baked articles without impairing the elasticity of the latter by drying.
