The invention relates to a process and an apparatus for fully automatic, simultaneous and multiple solid-phase synthesis of peptides, peptoids, oligonucleotides and other bioorganic polymers, and so-called libraries of these compounds. The effective support/reagent throughput achieved thereby increases the reliability of the individual syntheses, increases the purity of the crude product and permits small amounts of reagent to be used.
